Hi,

I've got a pivot table that shows customers and their YTD sales figures. I have also added the YTD sales figures in again to diplay as % of total. The problem I'm now facing is that the info is to be filtered to the top ten accounts but when I do this the percentages changes to only calculate for the ten customers rather than all of them. (If this makes sense)

Can anyone help??

PS I'm using excel 2007 and the pivot is to an external data source.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Excel will always use the displayed total. You could sort by YTD sales descending and hide the rows that aren't in the top ten.
