Phantom named ranges when copying tabs

When I make copies of tabs in one of my workbooks, I get ~50 copies of the following message:

"A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name 'BO00CEC7CE7547428FA7C8FFFF60CD149A', which already exists on the destination worksheet. Do you want to use this version of the name?" (the name changes slightly from message to message)

I do not know where these named ranges came from (I assume I got "infected" with them when I pulled in data from another file), and they are not showing up in Name Manager. I have other named ranges in the workbook, so I do not want to run a code that would delete all named ranges, but I do want to get rid of these "phantom" named ranges.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
