I have seen a picture of a tree that is used as a graph. The numbers progress up the tree trunk as the months progress. Can this be done in Excel? If so - How?

I am using Excel 2007

Depending on the graph, you may be able to simulate it with a XY Scatter chart (or -- but less likely -- with, maybe, a stacked column chart).
