Picture Hyperlinks

All, I have a Table of Contents sheet with pictures (thumbnail images) as Hyperlinks to each worksheet. There are many of them. I wish to upon selection have a macro that puts a border on the picture to indicate where the user has been when they return to the Table of Contents sheet. I begin by looping through all Pictures to turn off all borders. Now, I could merely assign each picture/Hyperlink with it's own macro (exhausting). Is there a way I could use "Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)" or "Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)" to shorten this process?

Thanks in advance...
