Hello, I have watched numerous videos on adding a picture look up and the only one I could get to work was this video: "create a picture look up in excel" by computergaga. The problem is, when I sort the main database sheet(staff), it breaks the connection with the transcript sheet for the photo section(b1) of the transcript sheet. I made a new test copy without a working link to the pictures if someone could help me? I need the picture to show up on the transcript page when the name is chosen in b2. That photo is in the staff page but will move cells when that page is sorted so I can't link the look up to the cell the picture is in.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

I sort of understand some of what you want, but need a fuller understanding before trying to help you.

1. XL2BB is a tool which allows you to post some sample date to help us see what you are looking at and helps you illustrate what you want.
- Consider downloading it and providing some typical data
- It would be helpful to know what is is which sheet and in which column etc
2. Please post the link to the video mentioned above
3. What is a transcript sheet ?
4. The staff sheet presumably contains a list of employee names
- does it also contain a column of unique employee numbers ?
5. Are you trying to see ONE picture at a time based on a lookup ?
6. Are you wedded to a formula based solution or is VBA acceptable ?
