Pie Chart Tags Not Matching Source Data

I have a spreadsheet (obviously) and it is pulling in an access query, with totals, and then percents. The Name, and percent are then being displayed on a pie chart, but when the query is refreshed the pie chart does not always update properly. (Of course my #'s and percents are not accurate) For example, the 1st run it may read:
Red 20 30%
Blue 40 50%
Green 14 20%

And the pie chart will match the percentage perfectly. But when it is refreshed the data may read:
Red 30 35%
Blue 60 60%
Green 10 25%

But the pie chart may not reflect the query refresh, or the pie chart will get "confused" and throw the %'s on the pie chart WAYYY outta whack.

Is there a way, an add-in, a tool (anything really) that will make the pie chart always match what the source data says other than manual intervention?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
