Pivot Chart drill down - only show drilled down data in whole chart

Hi. I am new to Excel and I have made a Pivot Chart from some data. I have used Power BI before Excel, when I drill down data in Power BI, the chart removes the other data and fully shows the drilled down data.

for example, i have chose the year "2015" to drill down data. I want it to show only the year 2015 and its months in the whole chart, and when i drill back up, it shows the other data again. Is there any way to do this?

Won't adding a slicer to your pivot table do what you want ?
