Hello, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

I have a report which shows the ageing of some invoices.

I am interested in the invoices aged over 90 days.

If I apply a filter to the report, I get the result 624. If I create a pivot, which has in the row labels field the ageing and in the values field the count of document numbers, I get the result 35.

For some reason, the pivot doesn't recognize the ageing over 1000 days.

I tested my data, they are all numbers and, as I said before, in the report sheet the filter works fine.

Could you please advise?

Thank you.

can you take a screenshot of your pivot table and the row headers? I'd like to see a little more of what you are working with. I mostly follow you but I'm still a little confused about your data elements and pivot table setup.
