I am new to the site and hope to gain some assistance with a problem I have been working on.

I have a pivot table with multiple row labels:
Column B: SNR Manager
Column C: Manager
Column D: Supervisor
Column E: Employee
Other columns contain pivoted data points

What I am trying to do is create an "appealing" set of data points on the same page, starting around Column AP (I will be hiding from F:AO - those points are going to be used to calculate the data beginning in AP). What I would like is as the user expands down the list to view what they wish is for the data to show, but each time I try it usually will #ref out or it will #Value out when the cells expand.

Is there an easier way? I have tried iferror but once I clicked past the first manager the data would not yield for the other manager or coaches below.

Thank you for any assistance!

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Hello.
Can you paste the formula you are having the issue with? It could be a locked range that need to be changed.
Also, personally I would try making the getpivot report on a separate tab (its just cleaner and easier that way)

Hope I can help :)
