Pivot Table Anomaly

I am sure this question is elementary, but it has me stumped. I have customer visit data on Days of the Week and Store Locations. I don't get what is happening when I create a routine pivot table. When I stick the Days of the Week in rows, everything begins great. When I stick a Store Location in a column, instead of seeing the store label, i see labels which are the actual values of store visits.

I have further questions as well about how this is breaking down, but this will get me started.

FWIW, this is Excel 365.

Thanks in advance.
