Pivot Table Calculated Item Help.

Hello. I have a macro that summarizes a table every month. I created a calculated item to add three branches into a sub region. The issue I have is that if one of the branch's has no volume for a particular month I will get an error because the formula is looking for all three pivot items and one is missing. Is there a way to have the formula work in cases where there is no volume for a particular branch?
