I created a Pivot Table in VBA with Region as the Row Field and Total Sales Amount as the Data Field. I created a calculated Item that adds three of the regions to give me a subtotal. I'm just thinking ahead, but if I update the pivot table one day and one of those three regions is not included will I get an error, and if I do how do I work around it without having to manually adjust the formula?
