Attached is a picture of my sample data.

I added in the table a new column also "Total Scheduled" using sumif.

I wanted to create a new field using sumif, but pivot tables does not allows that.

I wanted to create a pivot from this data, which shows:
Team Name - Activity Name - Actual - Scheduled - Actual %of Scheduled Total

Issue I have having is with "Actual %of Scheduled Total".
Even more if I allow user to expand and collapse the pivot via slicers.

I hope someone could suggest me a solution.

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Do you want the actual % of the total scheduled for the entire table, or just actual % of scheduled for that row?

Do you want the actual % of the total scheduled for the entire table, or just actual % of scheduled for that row?

Each row's actual figure % to the total of the scheduled column
So for exampled:

Team Name -- Schedule Activity -- Actual -- Scheduled -- Actual % of Schedule Total
Manager 1 -- Break -- 10:00 -- 10:15 -- (10 divided 31.15)
Manager 1 -- Lunch -- 15:00 -- 15:00 -- (15 divided 31.15)
Manager 2 -- Break -- 5:00 -- 6:00 -- (5 divided 31:15)

As the total of scheduled is 31:15.
