pivot table cleanup

Having an issue- new to pivot tables- I need some advice on how to clean this table up. Ideally, I could only show totals once. I need all the employee info displayed.

Any help is appreciated

Right click on one of the text of one of the totals you don't want and select the subtotals option, and in doing so untick it.
In your case you would click on one of the spots you have blacked out.
