Pivot Table custom formatting tp Billions, Millions, Thousands

Hi, How do I add Billion to custom format below - below works but would like to add Billion - Many thanks in advance for any assistance.

[>=1000000] #,##0.0,,"M";[>0] #,##0.0,"K";General

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
