Hi.

I have never had an issue with this before, but for some reason when I put my data into a pivot table, where I have split the year in H1 & H2, and the corresponding quarters; I am seeing headers for Q3 & Q4 in H1. Which there should not be. There is nothing in my raw data, and the values in the pivot are blank. In the past I am pretty sure pivot tables don't do this?

So why am I getting extra headings for data which doesn't exist?

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.

so are you able to select those headers or pivot is not allowing you to select them ?
