Pivot Table field calculation question

Hello,
I am using Excel 2010 and I created a pivot table. I have a column with ratings of Excellent, Average, Poor next to a name in a given month. I want to calculate only the top box scores (i.e. number of "Excellent" only for a specific name.)

Is there a way to do this using the Pivot Table field calculations?
