Hello -

I have a report with several pivot tables. Some of my filter lists sort alphabetically fine, but others that are longer lists sort 90% alphabetically, and the other 10% are at the bottom. Why is that happening? Has this ever happend to anyone else? Can I fix that? Thanks!

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
No such luck with that. It appears that any new data added to my data file after the pivots were originally created does not sort correctly.

And I really don't wnat to have to add the field to the Row Labels to sort because i have pivot charts below the table, and then that screws with my formatting :(
