Pivot table from multiple sheets

Hello,

Can someone help me to sort out myproblem, please?

I created pivot tab;e from 10 sheets (all formatted exactly the same), however the pivot table field only contains row, column and value even though it has 17 column headers that I need to do analysis.

Is it usual or am have I ticked /unticked settings etc somewhere?
