When I refresh the pivot table I am working on, the column headings remain, but all the data disappears. I checked the data source and it is correct.
What am I doing wrong? How do I get the data to properly move to the pivot table?
Thank you

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
there are more pivot tables in your sheet?

I read yesterday, that a cache of the data is been held in the file, which coases trouble (sometimes).

Did you change the data?

How exactly did you change the data?

Where did you add the new rows - to the end, or by inserting them at the beginning?

Is the pivot table set up to use a fixed range, a Table or a dynamic range for its data?

But if it's a fixed range, adding them to the bottom of the table wouldn't add them to the pivot source.
