pivot table- reselection of source data

Sorry, me again!
re: pivot tables.

Can i change the source data ON the pivot table rather than going back and having to reselect the data.?

basically, i have missed out one line which needs to be added...

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
If you go "Back", then the original source is selected, so just do Shift-DownArrow and the selection will be increased by 1 row.

Sorry, i dont understand, what do you mean by "back" ? as in undo?

this is basically a pivot table created a week ago- so i cant press the undo button...

please clarify!

Click within the pivot table, press the pivot table wizard button on the pivot table tool bar.

Press 'back' to page back through the wizard and change the range it derives its results from.
