Pivot Table Sort Order

Hello again

Another pivot table question: is there a way to define the order of items within the pivot table, other than dragging them manually or the automatic ascend/descend? A colleague seems to remember there was once a possibility that was similar to creating custom lists in tools / options, but in an earlier version of Excel.

Thanks again
