Hello,

I have problem when try to add a calculated field "duration" in a pivot table as follows:

min[startdate] max[enddate] duration
project 12/7/20172/21/20178

<colgroup><col><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

I want the duration should be 14 days.
I see the calculated fields is only correct for each row of a table , not for the 2 final result columns of a pivot table.

How can I subtract 2 columns in a pivot table duration= max[enddate] - min[startdate].
please help.
Thank you.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
