My pivot table somehow updated with an error and its throwing my chart off. Source table below, you can see the values of 0 under completed

However, pivot table is reading values as 1, regardless of what value I put into the table.

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
you are counting, 12 for total seems correct for the records

you have NAME in rows - do you have 12 different names in column A ?

ah I see what you're saying. its counting versus giving me the value of "drawings completed"?

I do have 12 different names in column A.

How do I correct this?

if you want the totals - then use SUM , rather than count
right click on the count in the design part
then field properties
you can then change to SUM

But with 12 different names I suspect it will just give you the same as you have , because it row is unique with 12 names
if you had the same name on some rows - then it would count and summarise those
or SUM and add the values together

so really what are you trying to get the pivot table to show

Note: Images are difficult to see , and also requires that I input all the data myself, which is very time consuming.

A SMALL sample spreadsheet, around 10-20 rows, would help a lot here, with all sensitive data removed, and expected results mocked up and manually entered, with a few notes of explanation.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data and will allow us to copy/paste your sample data into our Excel spreadsheets, saving a lot of time.

You can also test to see if it works ok, in the "Test Here" forum.

OR if you cannot get XL2BB to work, or have restrictions on your PC , then put the sample spreadsheet onto a share
I only tend to goto OneDrive, Dropbox or google docs , as I'm never certain of other random share sites and possible virus.
Please make sure you have a representative data sample and also that the data has been desensitised, remember this site is open to anyone with internet access to see - so any sensitive / personal data should be removed

nope you nailed it, it was counting vs SUM. So silly.

Much appreciated!
