I'm not an expert on pivot tables, but I think the problem arises because your data is already summarised. You can either:
1. Add a column to the right of your data giving the total of BIN_2 and BIN_14 and add this to the Data field of your pivot table.
2. Add a calculated field to the pivot table to sum BIN_2 and BIN_14.
3. Set out your data like this:

PRODUCT BIN Amount
KD-753017AGK-027-9EU BIN_2 65
KD-753017AGK-027-9EU BIN_14 35,062
KD-753017AGK-027-9EU BIN_2 23
KD-753017AGK-027-9EU BIN_14 12,345
KD-753017AGK-028-9EU BIN_2 62
KD-753017AGK-028-9EU BIN_14 23,554
KD-753017AGK-029-9EU BIN_2 4
KD-753017AGK-029-9EU BIN_14 1,836
KD-780055GK-A01-9EU-R BIN_2 7
KD-780055GK-A01-9EU-R BIN_14 1,114
KD-780055GK-A20-9EU-R BIN_2 73
KD-780055GK-A20-9EU-R BIN_14 11,279

Then if you put PRODUCT in the Row field, BIN in the Column field and Amount in the Data field, the pivot table will add across and down.
