Pivot table

Hi,

i have a database which has Client Name, Due Date, Amount

I wish to make the pivot table which shows only dates which has corresponding value.

E.g.

Client Name : Ni****h
Due Date of Payment : 4-Apr-2011
Amount : NIL

Now, the above record appears in my pivot with column "4-apr-2011" showing as blank. I want such records to be removed from the PIVOT.

If you right click on the pivot table and select "table options", you can specify if you would like zero values omitted... is that what you mean?

Ref: AM USING OFFICE 2010

i meant the same. but when i cliket Table Option it has under Display Tab 2 options

Show items with no data on rows
Show items with no data on columns

both of the above are disabled & unselected. How then my table shows rows & columns with no data (showing as "-")

Pl assist.
