Pivot Tables in Excel 2007

On this website at the link below, it shows and explains exactly what i am trying to do, but the steps are given in an older version of Excel, and i would like to know how to do the same exact thing but in Excel 2007, does anyone know how to do it or have the steps? Please share, thank you

In Excel 2003 I was a mess with pivot table.

In Excel 2007 it is a peace of cake.
