Pivot with comments added

Hi, so I have a master sheet that each row is allocated a status (status 1 to 10) on a daily basis anything allocated as a 7 is pivoted off to a separate tab... this goes to another team who then add comments.

All ok so far but as soon as say a 7 changes to an 8 and the data is refreshed the row 8 isn’t visible but the comment is still there (although now against the incorrect row) is it possible to link them?
