Play an embed wav file in excel itself

How do i play an embed wav file in excel itself. The problem with mine now is that it will open up windows media player to play. I do not want windows media player to be open up but play the wav file in excel itself. It is possible? please help. Thanks

hi, but my is embeded in excel.. the link you shown seems to need a root directory.
