What i want to here is if A1 value is more then B1 value I want C1 value (=B1-A1) to be coloured with blue.

Is this possible, thanks alot!

That is great but the thing is that the value will be always more then 0.

And what 'm looking to do here to differentiate the positive and negative value.

Can we design a macro? Please help.

I don't follow you
If A1>B1 Then C1(=B1-A1) will be less than 0 (negative) and the CF will color it!!

because i wax thinking maybe we can do something like if value of a1 > b1, c1 can be coloured,,

i was thinking this may be possible with macro

But why use a macro when the built-in Conditional formatting does EXACTLY what you want??
You can do it two way, using Formula Is
1) =C1< 0
2) =A1> B1
Both work!!

Thank you soo muchh..that was exactly what i was looking for..
I didn't know that we can do conditional formatting with a formula in it..
I understand my ENGLISH is not easy to understand..
