Please Help With Worbook

Hi Everyone -

I was testing some Excel features that I am not familiar with. I used the "INSERT" tab in the ribbon and inserted a signature in a new sheet just to see what it does.

I fuond out the hard way that once you sign a workbook you can't make any changes any longer - I can't even unprotect the workbook - nor can I use it. I tried to remove the signature but It won't allow me.

Can anyone please help?

OK, close Excel, put the workbook in the trash and start over.

It sounds calous, but "dump the failures" is the most common learning technique for Excel.

Hence the stricture, "try anything new or tricky on a copy of your workbook. Make a good backup and keep it seperate until you are sure that the new thing works."

I can't Mike - I 've over fifty pages of VB on this one.

It tell me I can delete the sig if I enable editing. How do I do that?
