Podcast production software

Hi all,
I'm trying to publish my own podcast about various topics in German.
It would be great if someone could tell me which software is used for recording the MrExcel screencast.
I tried out Wink but it seems that the MrExcel solution is more powerful.

I don't know what is currently being used at

but I believe that the 'old' podcasts (http://www.mrexcel.com/podcast.shtml) used Camtasia:

thank you very much for your response.
This software looks very good.
It costs a lot of money but I think it's worth.
I'll try the 30 day trial version.
If somebody finds some kind of discounted offer for it I would be glad for a hint.
