i am upgrading a excel spreadsheet database in to a relational database in access but am kind of stuck i need to enter the moves each pokemon can learn at the appropriate level but there are now 649 of the little blighters so thats a lot of moves is there a way of importing the data from the web to access directly or via excel

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

i have sorted most of the issues its just that i need to find a specific web table that seams to be in diferent places on the different pages can i use some thing in the table to identify it
