1. How to insert a pop up calendar in different cells<o:p></o:p>

2. The is a formula that I wrote but my hours are displayed in decimal, <o:p></o:p>

i.e. : THE MAINTENANCE TEAM HAS WORKED 23:10 OUT OF 123:45<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
unfortunately it appears as 23,16666 OUT OF 123,75<o:p></o:p>
