Populate cell with Tax year week number not actual week number.

I would like to return a different week number than is actual.
I need week 1 to be from 27th March 2023 to 2nd April 2023 and week 2 to be 03 April 2023 to 10th April 2023 and so on.

So below shows the current formular but i dont want 14 a want 1.

I hope that makes sense. Its our tax year in the UK that i need to show and not the actual week number.
