Populate Year from Time Stamp

Hi,

I have a time stamp as follows in one cell.

9/4/2021 12:49:39 PM

Is there a way to extract the year from this cell ? When I use YEAR formula it returns as 13/7/1905. Appreciate all the help.

B2=YEAR(LEFT(A2,255))
