Popup pic like comments.

Hi Again,

I have spread sheet in which i have many name in range a:a,

i want if i click on single cell it show pic of respective person in style of comments view or some better way of avalible.

how could relate a pic to a specific cell for above requirement?

how can i associate pic to value or value to pic or any thing like that?
