Possible to suppress macro?

I want to activate a worksheet, which normally would trigger a procedure.

However, in this case I don't want the procedure to run. Is there a simple way to do this?

{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Sort by date Sort by votes
before you use the activate line, add the line:

Code: 
Application.EnableEvents = False

And be sure to set that to True after your code is done.

Do you not want it to run just this ONE time? Or are there certain times that you dont want to run going forward? What is the condition that you would not want the procedue to run?
