Posting formula with spilling result

Hello,
in VBA I'm trying to paste a formula which is using my DLL and is resulting 3 fields, hence spilling.

' Using .Formula doesn't work at all due to the '=' Runtime error 1004. Same happens with any formula like =Round(5;2), doesnt work either due to the '='
Worksheets("Fetch").Range("Q1").Formula = "=TS_GetData(C1;D1;I1;E1)"

' .FormulaLocal does work and the formula gets executed but spilling the result is done only in the first cell
' and after calling it the cell contains "=@TS_GetData(C1;D1;I1;E1)
Worksheets("Fetch").Range("Q1").FormulaLocal = "=TS_GetData(C1;D1;I1;E1)"

What do I miss here?

Thanks a lot, I've tried many things but not this.
Works as it should.
It looks like this is a Excel 365 thing (with Dynamic Array aware Excel)
