Power Pivot - Chart Target as part of the Year dimension

Hi guys,

I am trying to produce a chart based on my Power Pivot model that is exactly the same as shown in the image I have linked (link to the screen shot of the chart). This chart is showing a trend of Actual Sales vs Target for each month in the past 3 years (2013, 2014 & 2015). Some data points are missing but that's largely due to either bad data or they are in future.

In my Power Pivot model, I have tables for Sales & Calendar. Sales have actual figures and targets, and Calendar has year & months. I need help in producing this chart when both Years & Target numbers are coming from different tables/dimensions within the Power Pivot model.

If I plot the chart with Target & Years on the same axis (Power Pivot Values drop zone), Actual & Target are split for each year, resulting in 6 legends or categories. This is not an acceptable solution.

I am open to other ways of charting or other chart types.
