I have about 200 files each with 5 header rows and then the data starts on line 6. I want to:

Copy this worksheet to a new worksheet in the same workbook and rename "Final"

There is a date field (Cell B3) in one of the "header rows" that I want to insert and copy down to all of the data lines.

Delete the 5 header rows.

Any ideas?

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
