PowerPivot: Diagram View is giving me hard time

Why Diagram View is giving me all kind of error messages. I can not create a relationship by clicking on a field header and match it with other table hearder but If I go to Excel Data tab-->Relationship, I can create relationshipa there but not via Diagram view.!! Now I have these relationships between tables, I went to Diagram view and tried to delete one but I got this error mesage, see below please. Thank you so much.

Have you tried rebooting your PC. Power pivot tends to be flakey.

If you try to do two operations in a row quickly, you will get that message, especially if your computer is a bit slow. I get it sometimes, and I have a Core i7 running at 3.11 Ghz and 32 GB of ram. Just clear the message and try again. If your query is big - pulling in a lot of data or has a LOT of steps - can cause that too.
