Powerpivot ( excel 2010 ) Format incorrect

Hi
Could some one tell me why , when I create a Powerpivot from my Table that it links 95% of my Data in the correct format,
BUT except for my columns that have the [H]:mm format. Powerpivot shows that it is TEXT ??

Remember H:mm and [H]:00 are different formats.

Anyone have a salution
