Hi there guys,

A question for you on this fine day!

I have a line chart for a number of years, but there may not be a figure for a certain year.

So, if I have year 2009-2014, in 2011, there may be no figure.

I don't want the chart to drop to zero (which it does if I put in a zero). I also don't want the chart to just continue along from 2010 to 2012 forgetting about 2011 (which it does if I put in a NA#)

Has anybody got any ideas on how I would just stop the line at 2010 and then it can pick up again in 2012?

Thanks,

Eoin

Hi Eoin

As far as I know you'd have to clear the cell. Any value in the cell will cause the chart to display something, either the value or interpolate or drop to zero.
