I want to print all the datas in my worksheet on one page. When I tried printing it is coming out on 3 pages. I need help. Thank you.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Try Page Layout, Page Setup, Page tab, Tick Fit To and enter 1 for both pages tall and pages wide.

Excel 2010: File Print Scaling at bottom of settings

Other versions of Excel will be slightly different, we don't know what version you're using.

You could also try decreasing the size of the margins and/or printing to a larger paper format. Depending on the worksheet layout, switching between portrait and landscape may also help. Any or all of these, when combined with the print scaling suggested in the other posts will minimise the amount the worksheet has to be scaled down to fit the page.
