Hi,

i need to add a print button on a file. “Print” function should pull up print dialog and allow users to select printer and other options. Should select all of the tabs (printable area already set on each sheet) except sheet named ABC and send them into Print Preview. Remaining four sheets are named 1,2,3,4

thanks

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
How does this suit your needs?

Would require them to select "Entire Workbook" in the box

VBA Code:
Sub PrintPreview()
    Sheets("ABC").Visible = False
    Temp = Application.Dialogs(xlDialogPrint).Show
    Sheets("ABC").Visible = True
End Sub

Strange that didn't happen to me. Maybe conflicting within Excel somewhere due to the name. Just rename it to something else eg.

VBA Code:
 Sub PrintPreviewx ()
