I have a system where items are recorded daily onto a spreadsheet via a userform. In column A are the dates. Each week (ish) the items that have been recorded are taken away. When they are taken I need to print the report for those items. So For all the items that have been reported within 2 dates I want to print a report.

example.

Pencils.

We have a number of pencils, lets say 100. Each day we use them, the more we use them the more blunt they become. When each one becomes blunt they are recorded into a spreadsheet via the excel user form and placed in the sharpening box. At the end of week one we have 14 pencils for example. These 14 pencils are to go away for sharpening. Each pencil has a unique identification number.

When the pencil sharpening person comes to collect the pencils I want him to press a button and print a report that contains those 14 pencils along with their data (ID number). It is important he only prints the data containing the 14 pencils and nothing prior to them (as they would have already been dealt with the previous week). Pretty much like printing an order form.

From this report the pencil sharpening person knows which pencils he has, and we also know by having a copy which ones have been taken. (would be even better if there was a way to highlight the cells a color once printed but very difficult I think).

The only way i can think of is if the person selects between two dates and then presses print. A report showing any pencil recorded between those dates would then be printed.

Only my thoughts, if anyone knows how I could do this that would be fantastic, or any better way of doing it even better.

Thank you all in advance. Fingers crossed.
