x = Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row
For a = 1 To x
b = Round(a / 50 + 0.5, 0)
c = a - 50 * (b - 1) + 1
Cells(c, b + 1) = Cells(a, 1)
Next a
End Sub
Run the macro. It will split col A into set of 50 cells/column and copies it to successive columns
