Hi, I am facing the following problem.

1. I have two worksheets in my workbook
2. I want to search a specific data range (e.g column A) located in sheet no 2
3. My search criteria is a data range which is located in sheet no 1
4. My concern is that column B, in sheet no 2, should show some text to identify that the search has been made and it was successful (e.g like showing a flag 'OK' in column B)

I would appreciate if you could reply on this post asap.

Appreciated.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Thank you for replying, but the values which i want to search are alpha numeric with special charaters (like ':' in them) and vlookup doesnt search such values. I've played around with vlookup. :)
