problem with function call

hello i have created a userform , the function of the userform is like first when i enter the value it will be entered into the sheet with specified rows then next if enter just few fields it will copy the value of cell above and paste on the current cell.When i run the program it works perfectly, but when i assigned a rounded rectangle button on sheet two for example like start button and when i press it the userform appears and here the values which i enter in the field alone is printed into the sheet and copy function doesn't work here. TO BE SHORT THE USERFORM IS WORKING FINE WHEN RUN PROGRAM VBA SCREEN BUT WHEN ASSIGNED MACRO BUTTON THE USERFORM APPEARS BUT COPY FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING. What could be the problem

You would have to post some code. Is the code trying to paste to the "Activecell"? If you click a button that takes the focus away from the cell you are trying to paste the result, you may get that error.
